Description:

I am one of two co-founders and directors of ACRE TV, an artist-made livestreaming tele-vision network that features live and canned video, performances, durational works, and experimental broadcasts. Independent programming, such as art-talk shows, shorts programs, and performance events, play throughout the year. Two-month long thematic programs are devised, curated, and programmed by an 4-8 member curatorial board. ACRE TV can be viewed 24/7/365 at ACRETV.org.

Since launching in February of 2014, ACRE TV has aired nine two-month thematic shows, and numerous independent programs and live broadcasts. Works by more than 200 artists has been watched by tens of thousands of viewers from more than 50 countries. ACRE TV has exhibited at various venues and institutions including: Threewalls, Fernwey Gallery, Museum of Contemporary Art (Chicago), The Luminary (St. Louis), Comfort Station, and Mana Contemporary. The project has been written about in Bomb Magazine, Newcity, The Chicago Tribune, Artforum, and Art in America. We most recently co-produced and hosted the 2020 Iowa City International Film Festival.
